CLIENT SERVICE INFORMATION …

SERVICE OVERVIEW

Sending live video through the internet allows bereaved relatives and friends to share a loved-one's funeral when they are unable to attend in person.

We have found that the service is particularly valued by ill or infirm family members and friends who live abroad. Being present at a funeral will always be the first option, but for those can't attend, a webcast is the next best way to share those last moments.

Adding Webcasting to the range of services your crematoria offer will allow it to provide a better service.

OUR SERVICE

FuneralStreams is an established webcasting company. We install webcasting systems in crematoria which are easy to use, and enable staff to offer webcasts of the services being held there.

VDEO TRIBUTE and TRIBUTE BOOK

As well as the excellent quality video webcasts, our systems also provides a unique two-way communication facility, allowing invited guests to send a personal message of condolence by recording a video tribute with a webcam or by signing the tribute book.

The video tributes and tribute book can be viewed online or even played back at the ceremony if the family choose.

The funeral webcast and tributes (video and written) are stored online for one week following the funeral and can be kept for longer if required.

DVD

A DVD recording is also available on request.
