TRAINING

Training for staff who will be using the system is included with the installation package. This is a one hour course with certification and is designed for non-technical staff. Following the training staff will be equipped with the knowledge to comfortably use system.

SUPPORT

Ongoing support is provided by a 7-days-a-week support phone line and regular maintenance visits.
