There is something on the page that hasn't loaded and I can't see a box where the video is supposed to play. Chances are you computer doesn't have the latest version of Flash installed. Click this link to install the latest version of Flash
I can see the video but I can't hear anything This is likely to be a problem with your computer. Check that the speakers are plugged in and turned up,
Try using headphones.
Make sure your computer has a sound card installed.
I can't see my webcam video in the Tribute Recorder. This might be because you have an older version of Flash installed Click this link to install the latest version of Flash
This could becase the webcam is not plugged in or installed properly... If it's the first time you are using this webcam on this computer you will have to install the drivers and software that came with it. Follow the instruction provided with the webcam. Once it's installed plug it in and allow a few seconds for the computer to recognise the camera before reloading the webpage.
Or it could be because you have more than one installed on your computer (including virtual ones) and the wrong one is currently selected. Right-click (or Mac-click) anywhere in the black box and choose "Settings...". A small window will appear with a row of icons along the bottom. Click on the icon that looks like a webcam. From the dropdown menu chose a the webcam you want to use. If there are none to chose from then you should install the drivers and software that came with your webcam and refresh the page.

Either because no sound has been recorded, which happens when no microphones are installed (and it can also happen when more than one microphones are installed).

Still having trouble? It's very rare that people can't see and record the video from this website, and I'm surprised and sorry that this is the case for your computer. At this stage the only thing we can suggest is to find a local internet cafe.
